This initial 1-hour session is offered at no cost and gives us the opportunity to get to know each other before moving forward. During this time, we'll discuss your current healthcare needs, any challenges you're facing, and the type of support you're looking for. 

  • Completing new patient intake forms

  • Requesting and organizing medical records from multiple providers

  • Preparing paperwork for disability, FMLA, or leave-of-absence requests

  • Organizing consent forms for procedures or surgeries

  • Reviewing discharge paperwork and after-visit summery

  • Scheduling and confirming appointments across multiple specialists

  • Following up with providers to relay test results or treatment updates, or follow up appointments

  • Coordinating referrals between primary care and specialty providers

  • Communicating with pharmacies to resolve prescription issues

  • Ensuring providers have up-to-date medical history and records

  • Attending doctor's appointments to take notes and ask follow-up questions

  • Accompanying patients to the ER or during hospital admissions

  • Being present during surgical consultations or pre-op visits

  • Speaking directly with medical staff on the client's behalf when needed

  • Helping clarify instructions or next steps immediately after a visit

With over 15 years of experience in healthcare—including a decade as a Registered Nurse before transitioning into healthcare administration—I bring a unique blend of clinical and operational expertise to my work. This combined background allows me to create a more comfortable, supportive environment for clients, with a consistent focus on making their healthcare experience as seamless and positive as possible.
